Our villa is located in a small village called Assos that lies on the northern coast of the Peloponnese, the southern part of mainland Greece. Assos is an easy 90min drive from Athens airport towards Patras. The nearest major town is Corinth, 15 minutes drive from the villa. There are two, self-contained apartments available for rent on the ground floor of the villa.
You're unlikely to meet other foreign tourists here. You will predominatly encounter local people living their everyday lives and Athenians who spend their weekends/summers here. As such, local restaurants compete to cook the most delicious authentic dishes and prices represent great value for money. There are wonderful ancient and Venetian sites nearby and an opportunity to visit the vineyards of Nemea. A few steps from the villa is a beach with loungers and umbrellas and several tavernas are within an easy walk.
