ACCOMMODATION
There are two, spacious self-contained apartments on the ground floor of the villa available for rent.
A large, private and secure garden surrounds the villa. There is a lawn in the back garden along with fig, lemon, avocado, olive and pomegranate trees. You can sunbathe here on the sun loungers provided and cooling off could not be easier with the sea literally a stone's throw away. Both apartments have air conditioning & heating (for low season). Linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided on a weekly basis.
Apartment 1
Apartment 1 is the larger of the two and comfortably sleeps five people. It consists of:
- Kitchen/Diner**
- Separate living room with sofabed & armchairs, TV, DVD player, & patio doors leading to patio/front garden
- Covered patio with table & chairs.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed & patio doors leading to patio/front garden.
- Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds.
- Bathroom/wetroom with wc, handwash basin & shower.
- Hair-dryers (x2)
- Cot & high-chair available on request
- Airconditioning units in the bedrooms
Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is slightly smaller. It comfortably sleeps four people and consists of:
- Kitchen/diner **
- Open-plan living room with sofabed & armchairs, TV, DVD player, patio doors leading to patio/front garden.
- Shady patio with table & chairs.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed & patio doors leading to rear balcony overlooking rear garden.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and patio door leading to balcony/front garden.
- Bathroom/wetroom with wc, handwash basin & shower.
- Hair-dryers (x2).
- Cot & high-chair available on request.
** Kitchen/diners are equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, iron (& ironing board), & mini food processor.
